Leiston Film Theatre opened its doors in October 1914 and has continued to proudly serve the local community and visitors alike for 111 years. Saved from closure in 1976 by Leiston Town Council, the venue has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years, with a surge in popularity and new customers constantly discovering the appeal of visiting Suffolk’s oldest cinema.
